"I called their office while I was feeling very desperate. I had made up my mind that if I couldn't find insurance at a reasonable price, I would sell my car. "In regards to "Michelle" that works at this agency: My experience with this individual was disappointing due to consistent issues with communication and professionalism. Throughout our phone interactions, they frequently overspoke and interrupted, which made it difficult to express concerns or ask questions. Their tone often came across as rude and demeaning, creating an uncomfortable environment rather than a productive one. Customer service is a key part of any role involving direct interaction, and unfortunately, this is an area where improvement is needed. A more respectful, patient, and attentive approach would greatly enhance the experience for anyone working with them. I hope this feedback is helpful in encouraging positive changes moving forward."

"I didn't deal with Joe, I spoke to his colleague Cyrus. When I picked up the phone, I had spent much of the day on hold or conveying endless quantities of information to agents with other companies, had gotten what I thought was the best price, and I just wanted to say no and get on with my dinner. Fifteen minutes later, I had saved almost $200 on a new policy that offered significantly better coverage than what I had before. I didn't feel like I had been pressured into anything. I ended up thinking, gosh, what a nice guy! That's a rare combination - close the deal quickly and efficiently and leave the customer feeling great."
